Personal Coaching Sessions

Since 1983 our Attacking Anxiety and Depression program has helped hundreds of thousands of people to gain better control of their lives. We are constantly approached by people who love the program and want advice on how to better apply the principles taught in their own life. 

The secret is that the program only works for you when you take action. That’s why we created a personal coaching program based the 15 week course. 

If you want a different result than you are now experiencing in your life,  then you must take action to change your behavior. We’ve all heard the saying, “If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep on getting what you’ve always got”. We may all find ourselves in that position at some point in our lives. One of the best ways we found to help change behavior was to get a personal coach. 

We created the Personal Coaching Session and trained a select group of coaches to work with you one on one.

 

The StressCenter takes great pride in the level of commitment and experience of our coaching team. Each of our coaches have gone through our programs and applied the concepts, tools and techniques first-hand. These are people who have struggled with and conquered stress and anxiety and are now in a place where they want to give back and help others. Our coaches understand not only what you are going through, but also how to create powerful change. The tools you will learn in our programs are proven and effective, and our team of coaches is an example of what is possible.

Personal Coaching is designed to cater to your individual needs while also helping you to understand the concepts and principles in the Attacking Anxiety and Depression program. Studies show that those who work with a COACH have the capacity to streamline effective, positive changes helping you to feel better faster!  This can be a trying journey and having a partner to help tackle the obstacles with you will make all the difference.  You don’t have to do this alone! Your coach will help keep you committed and accountable to achieving your own personal goals.

 

Here are some FAQ’s on COACHING:

How often does COACHING happen?

Most people commit to 15 weeks of COACHING with one, 1-hour session a week.  This allows you to go through the whole program with a coach and experience the value of accountability and a weekly connection.

How much does Coaching Cost?

  • 1 session @ $99
  • 4 sessions @ $300 SAVE 25% (Must be paid in full. Refunds are not given for pre-paid sessions.)
  • 15 sessions @ $999  SAVE 40% (Must be paid in full.  Refunds are not given for pre-paid sessions.)

All sessions are 60 minutes.  

How do I pay for the Coaching Session?

Select the Coaching Session package of your choice from the Catalog and add to your shopping cart.

How does the coach contact me?

Coaching is done via phone, Skype or Facetime.
