Personal Coaching Session

Personal Coaching is designed to cater to your individual needs while also helping you to understand the concepts and principles in the Attacking Anxiety and Depression program. Your coach will help keep you committed and accountable to achieving your own personal goals.

All sessions are 60 minutes.  

Coaching is done via phone, Skype or Facetime.  

Multi-Sessions must be paid in full and the pre-paid sessions cannot be refunded.

• 1 session @ $99
• 4 sessions @ $300 SAVE 25% must be paid in full
• 15 sessions @ $999  SAVE 40% must be paid in full

This does not take the place of a Doctor or Licensed Therapist.
